All sales are final, and product(s) contained in the package belong to the recipient upon shipping and delivery. However, if your item is found to be defective, we will exchange or send a non-defective item. Photographs of the defect(s) will need to be sent to for review and approval. Defective orders require 4 to 6 weeks processing period. These reasons are not counted as product not as described and defective:

  • No longer want item

  • Found better price

  • Wrong size or doesn't fit
